Job Description
Responsibilities:
Manage the customer journey as the first point of contact, by setting expectations for their appointment and delivering a quality customer experience. Scheduling, screening, and confirming new appointments through inbound and outbound calling. Provide customer resolution to any concerns or questions. Communicate all relevant customer information to the Hearing Care Professional Collect and record customer payments. Maintain the customer database by updating office records. Inform the customer about hearing care accessory options. Handle walk-ins and after-care for existing customers. Help run office promotions by participating in any marketing and social media initiatives. Support hearing aid maintenance, cleaning and repairs.About us:

Requirements 4+ years of experience in a direct customer support role Administrative, front office, or patient care coordinator background Comfortable handling inbound and outbound calling Appointment scheduling and quality phone etiquette Sales-minded and takes initiative Adaptable and detail oriented, with an outgoing, positive demeanor Computer literacy, ability to accurately document and file records Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and navigating technology systemsBenefits Pay:
$18/hour starting wage with opportunity to increase up to $21/hour upon successful completion of 90 day trainingHours:
