About the Administrative Entity Program Manager Role As a Program Manager within our Administrative Entity (AE) team, you'll play a vital role in supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities by facilitating intakes and determining eligibility for ODP services. This position is ideal for someone who is knowledgeable about waiver regulations, highly organized, and passionate about equitable access to services.
Starting Rate:
$45,000/year, based on experience and qualifications Administrative Entity Program Manager Core Responsibilities Conduct intake interviews for individuals seeking services under the ID/A Waiver Determine eligibility in accordance with Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) regulations Ensure compliance with all AE and ODP requirements Represent SAM in meetings and trainings hosted by ODP and other partners Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with state and county stakeholders Provide oversight to promote efficient and ethical service delivery Support system accountability and enhance stakeholder satisfaction Remain current with regulatory updates and apply them to daily practices What You Bring A master's degree and at least one year of experience working directly with individuals with developmental disabilities, OR A bachelor's degree and at least two years of related experience, OR An associate's degree (or 60 credits) and at least four years of related experience Strong decision-making, time management, and problem-solving skills Commitment to compassionate, person-centered support A valid driver's license and reliable transportation Required clearances (Act 33, Act 34, FBI fingerprinting) and drug screening Ability to lift up to 15 pounds and work in an open office environment Willingness to travel throughout the service area as needed Who Thrives in This Role We've found that people who are: Advocates for individuals and families Detail-oriented and dependable Collaborative and curious Team players with a commitment to high-quality service delivery …tend to thrive in this role. Location & Schedule This position is based in Clearfield County, Pennsylvania. Work is fully in office at our Dubois, PA location. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
