Saint Joseph's Center is seeking a Director of Adult Day Services to lead and grow our program. In this role, you'll oversee day-to-day operations across program sites, guide a dedicated team of staff, and play a direct role in shaping the quality of life for the individuals we serve. What You'll Do Lead and oversee day-to-day operations across all Adult Day Services program sites, ensuring services align with St. Joseph's Center's mission. Supervise, coordinate, and support Adult Day Services staff in the delivery and implementation of services. Ensure each client's Individual Support Plan (ISP) is maintained in accordance with regulatory requirements. Serve as a liaison between staff, families, Administrative Entity Supports Coordinators, and the broader community. Oversee fiscal responsibilities including monitoring expenditures, ensuring accurate monthly billing, and reporting programmatic and financial updates. What You'll Get Health & Wellness

What's Required of You Bachelor's Degree in a field relating to Intellectual Disabilities Minimum of five (5) years experience working directly with persons with Intellectual Disabilities Minimum of two (2) years supervisory experience Knowledge of computer usage, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) Valid Driver's license
