In this vital role, you will be the backbone of our office operations, ensuring smooth daily functions and providing exceptional support to staff and clients alike. Your proactive approach, strong organizational skills, and positive attitude will help foster an efficient, welcoming environment. Responsibilities Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately with professionalism and warmth Handle multi-line phone systems, screening calls, taking messages, and transferring inquiries efficiently Maintain accurate data entry using computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace. Organize and manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings to ensure timely execution of tasks Perform clerical duties such as filing, proofreading documents, and maintaining organized office records Provide excellent customer support by responding promptly to inquiries via phone or email and ensuring customer satisfaction Support office management tasks including supply inventory, filing systems, and general administrative support as needed Must possess a valid driver's license , have a reliable transportation and be comfortable driving as part of their duitys. Skills Proven experience with office management, clerical duties, or administrative roles in a professional setting Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently Exceptional phone etiquette with experience handling multi-line phone systems and providing customer service Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse client needs Experience as a dental or medical receptionist is a plus; familiarity with calendar management and personal assistant duties preferred Attention to detail for proofreading documents and data entry accuracy; strong typing skills required Knowledge of office equipment operation including fax machines, scanners, and photocopiers Join us in creating a vibrant office environment where your organizational talents shine!
