Job Description
Robert Half is partnering with a respected Higher Education institution in Glenside, PA to identify an Administrative Assistant for Student Health Services. This position serves as a key point of contact for students, faculty, staff, and visitors while supporting the daily administrative operations of a busy student-centered office.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where professionalism, confidentiality, and customer service are essential.
ResponsibilitiesCoordinate daily administrative activities for Student Health Services to ensure smooth and efficient office operations.
Serve as the first point of contact by welcoming visitors, answering incoming calls, and responding to inquiries professionally and courteously.
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for office operations and student services.
Perform accurate data entry and maintain administrative records while ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information.
Prepare, organize, and distribute correspondence, forms, reports, and other office documentation.
Support reception functions by directing inquiries and routing requests to appropriate staff members.
Assist with administrative problem-solving and follow up on outstanding items to ensure timely resolution.
Maintain organized records and office systems to support departmental efficiency.
Provide exceptional customer service to students, families, faculty, and staff.
