Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team! In this vital role, you will be the backbone of our office operations, ensuring smooth daily functions and providing exceptional support to our staff and clients. Duties Manage front desk responsibilities, directing members appropriately with professional phone etiquette Operate multi-line phone systems to handle incoming calls efficiently and courteously Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records and ensure clarity in all communications Utilize Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other computer skills to prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations Oversee calendar management and schedule appointments or meetings for staff members Assist with office management tasks such as supply inventory, mail distribution, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar tools Create event flyers Update membership information Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring excellent service at all times Skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Zoom, Dropbox, and Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive) Experience with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, proofreading, and document management Exceptional phone etiquette with experience operating multi-line phone systems and handling customer service inquiries Knowledge of office management practices along with personal assistant experience is highly desirable Ability to manage time efficiently while maintaining accuracy in all tasks Join us as an Administrative Assistant and become a key contributor to our vibrant team! Pay:
$15.00 - $17.00 per hour
