Job Description

Real Estate Administrative Assistant Seeking a tech-savvy, self-starter that will thrive in a fast-paced environment. Must be an efficient, detail-oriented team player, and have excellent written communication skills. Position is in-office and located in Hawley, PA.
Responsibilities will include:
Coordinating with all parties associated with a pending real estate transaction (prepare contracts, send out for signatures, update all parties, manage deadlines). Preparing properties to go on the market (schedule photographer, organize photos, write descriptions, input data, etc.) Preparing paperwork for client meetings Manage the client database Spreadsheet savvy (required) & ability to create tracking spreadsheets. Maintaining calendars Working in multiple programs throughout the day (MLS, county task records, client database, email & document software). Responding to emails Keeping social media calendar updated for marketing coordinator (no social media - just managing the calendar) Must be task oriented, able to multi-task & enjoy a fast-paced environment This is not a sales position. A real estate license is not required and not preferred however, an ideal background would include: real estate, title, bank, community association or any other related field to real estate (preferred but not required).
Start date:
ASAP Require 30-40 hours/week Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
Salary:
$20/hour to start
