Job Description

Robert Half is partnering with a growing organization in the Lehigh Valley seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant who can also provide occasional support to the accounting team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their role and is comfortable assisting with both office operations and basic financial tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day administrative support including calendar management, scheduling, and correspondenceMaintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)Assist with data entry, document preparation, and reportingSupport the accounting team with tasks such as:

Invoice processing and trackingData entry into accounting systemsAssisting with accounts payable/receivableFiling and organizing financial recordsHandle incoming calls, emails, and general office inquiriesCoordinate meetings and assist with office projects as needed
