Property Management, Inc. (PMI) has a rare opportunity for a motivated individual looking to join a growing company as an employee owner. PMI manages over $4 billion of real estate assets and has over 30,000 customers and 360 clients. We are currently searching for one full-time Administrative Assistant to join our team at Briarcrest Gardens Apartments in Hershey, PA. This position will provide administrative and operational support to a large apartment community by managing resident communications, coordinating office tasks, handling inquiries, and ensuring smooth day-to-day leasing office functions. Role and Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact, delivering exceptional customer service to residents, prospects, visitors, and vendors. Manage high-volume phone, email, and in-person inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. Support daily resident needs, including work orders and general communication. Assist leasing team with apartment tours, showcasing community features and amenities while ensuring Fair Housing compliance. Help coordinate move-ins and move-outs, including applications, lease paperwork, and inspections. Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, scanning, and mail distribution. Maintain organized office systems to support leasing and management operations. Assist with planning and promoting resident events to enhance community engagement. Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to schedule services and ensure smooth operations. Follow company policies, Fair Housing regulations, and confidentiality standards. Provide general support to the leasing office and assist with additional duties as needed.
Requirements:
Excellent customer service and sales skills. High School Diploma/GED.
