Value Management Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to support our professional services team. This individual will be responsible for a wide range of administrative, client service, document management, and office operations functions. The ideal candidate will be proactive, technology-savvy, capable of managing multiple priorities, and committed to maintaining exceptional accuracy and professionalism. Responsibilities Manage daily office operations, including front desk duties, multi-line phone systems, and greeting visitors with professionalism and warmth Oversee schedule management for meetings, appointments, and events to ensure optimal time utilization Coordinate vendor relationships, including service providers and suppliers, to maintain seamless office functions Assist with event planning and logistics for company meetings, workshops, and special events Handle human resources tasks such as onboarding new employees, maintaining confidential personnel records, and supporting training & development initiatives Manage bookkeeping and accounting activities using accounting software like QuickBooks or similar financial tools Support payroll processing, budgeting activities, and financial recordkeeping with accuracy and attention to detail Requirements Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with clerical experience in a fast-paced environment Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and spreadsheets for data organization and reporting Demonstrated experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks or other financial software; solid bookkeeping skills Supervising experience or team management skills to lead administrative staff effectively Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with a focus on customer service and client communication Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while maintaining professionalism at all times Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a busy office setting Experience in event planning, vendor management, calendar management, and office logistics is highly desirable Knowledge of medical office management or healthcare-related administrative tasks is a plus but not required Technical proficiency in office equipment (filing systems, multi-line phones), scheduling tools, and basic accounting principles
Pay:
$40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
