Medical Assistant / Front Office Coordinator

Advanced Foot & Ankle Wellness Center•King of Prussia, PA Advanced Foot & Ankle Wellness Center is looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized Medical Assistant to join our growing podiatry and musculoskeletal practice. This position includes a mix of both clinical and front office responsibilities and is ideal for someone who enjoys staying busy, helping patients, and working closely with both the provider and team throughout the day. We are looking for someone who is: professional and patient-focused detail-oriented and organized comfortable multitasking in a specialty office setting proactive and reliable able to work independently while maintaining a positive attitude willing to assist wherever needed to help maintain smooth patient flow

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

Rooming patients and obtaining histories/chief complaints Assisting with procedures and treatments Reviewing charts and helping prepare patients for visits Scheduling appointments and answering phones Patient check-in/check-out Collecting copays and balances Assisting with imaging/orders and follow-up coordination Dispensing braces, orthotics, and other products as instructed Ensuring documentation and workflow tasks are completed accurately Assisting with smooth patient flow throughout the day X-ray certification is a plus, but not required. Willingness to obtain certification is preferred.

QUALIFICATIONS

Preferred candidates should have: Medical Assistant or medical office experience Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable using computers/EMR systems Friendly and professional personality Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy office Podiatry, orthopedic, sports medicine, or specialty office experience is a plus, but not required.

SCHEDULE

Monday:

11:30 AM•7:30

PM Wednesday:

7:30 AM•3:00

PM Friday:

7:30 AM•3:00 PM Every other

Thursday:

7:30 AM•2:00 PM Approximately 24-32 hours per week. No weekends.

COMPENSATION

$18•26/hour based on experience, skillset, and ability to function independently within the role. Opportunity for long-term growth and expanded responsibilities for the right candidate.

Pay:
