Job Description
Administrative Assistant Position Summary :
Assist department members with administrative tasks such as filing, accounting procedures, data entry, etc.Position Accountabilities :
- Perform daily computer update and update deposit sheets.
- Process extended warranty sales.
- Entry of payments for service reimbursement, financing and check payments.
- Perform electronic deposits and reconcile store deposit slips.
- Process consumer damage allowances.
- Assist Accounting with sales and damage account write-offs.
- Answer phones and directing of traffic.
- Filing of vendor receiving.
- Greet and direct corporate office visitors.
- Any and all other duties as assigned by manager.
Position Education/Experience :
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
- 1 Year prior
Administrative or Receptionist Position Knowledge, Skills, Abilities :
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.
- Must be upbeat, enthusiastic, courteous and reliable.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate both written and verbally.
- Basic math skills.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service.
