Job Description

Position Summary The Administrative Assistant II provides essential administrative support to the organization by managing daily communications, maintaining organized records and files, coordinating mailings, and assisting with travel logistics when needed. This role ensures smooth office operations and communications.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support Respond to incoming emails promptly and professionally; route messages to appropriate staff as needed. Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide general information to callers. Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems for easy retrieval of records and documents. Prepare, assemble, and mail correspondence, informational packets, and other materials. Support staff by preparing materials and supplies for meetings, programs, and travel. Maintain inventory of office and mailing supplies; reorder as needed. Travel & Event Support Prepare travel packets and ensure all necessary materials and supplies are ready for traveling staff. Communicate with vendors or venues regarding logistical details as directed. Other Duties Provide administrative support for special projects as assigned. Assist with data entry, basic reporting, and recordkeeping. Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred. 2+ years of administrative or office support experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines with minimal supervision. Professional demeanor and customer service orientation.
Pay:
$17.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 per week
