Job Description

Job Summary:
Are you an organized, detail-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced operations environment? We're seeking an Operations Administrative Assistant to support critical business functions for our materials client in Leesport, PA. This role plays a key part in keeping daily operations running smoothly by coordinating administrative processes and supporting cross-functional teams. $25.00/hr
Location:
Leesport, PA Hours:
7:30am - 4:00pm,
Monday-Friday Responsibilities:
  • Process weekly payroll accurately and on time.
  • Maintain filing systems and records in accordance with retention schedules.
  • Prepare and process invoices; monitor ZMBR list to ensure timely completion.
  • Process maintenance work orders and support operational workflows.
  • Assist staff with purchasing and procurement protocols, including creating purchase orders.
  • Monitor P-Card transactions to ensure proper account coding.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma required; minimum of 2 years of administrative experience.
  • Experience with SAP is required.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic math and statistical skills required.
