Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM A borough water company located in Sewickley is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This position is responsible for payment processing, customer billing, clerical support, and general administrative duties in a professional office environment.

Responsibilities:

Process customer payments accurately and efficiently Handle water billing and account updates using Muni-Link software Perform general clerical and administrative duties Answer phone calls and assist customers as needed Maintain organized records and filing systems Utilize Microsoft Office programs, including Word and Excel Support daily office operations and administrative tasks

Qualifications:

Previous administrative or office experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Experience with Microsoft Office and Excel required Ability to work independently and professionally Experience with Muni-Link software is a plus Strong communication and customer service skills
