Job Description

Overview Express Employment Professionals of Camp Hill is working with multiple Clients that are seeking dedicated and organized Administrative Assistants to join their teams. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing comprehensive administrative support. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This position is perfect for individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment and are looking to contribute positively to our team. Duties Manage and maintain executive schedules, including calendar management and appointment scheduling. Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients at the front desk, providing excellent customer service. Handle incoming calls using office phone systems, directing calls as necessary and taking messages when required. Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation to support daily operations. Assist with travel arrangements, including booking flights and accommodations as needed. Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as directed by management. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary to ensure smooth operations. Support team members with various administrative tasks and projects as assigned. Requirements Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual candidates are a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office equipment. Experience with calendar management and scheduling tools is highly desirable. Strong customer service orientation with a friendly demeanor when interacting with clients and colleagues. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
