A growing, full-service accounting and advisory firm is seeking a Full-Time Administrative Assistant to serve as the welcoming face and voice of its Lemoyne, PA office.
Position Summary:
This role is ideal for a professional, organized, and customer-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The Administrative Assistant will act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors while providing essential support to accounting, tax, and advisory teams. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and highly dependable.
Schedule:
Full-time, Monday-FridayAdditional hours may be required during tax season

Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients and visitors with a professional and welcoming demeanorAnswer and direct incoming phone callsAssist clients with scheduling, document collection, and general inquiriesManage calendars, appointments, and correspondencePrepare, assemble, and distribute tax returns and client documents (requires extended standing during peak season)Process incoming/outgoing mail and deliveriesMaintain organized electronic and paper filing systemsMonitor office supply levels and place orders as neededFollow established administrative proceduresSupport special projects and additional administrative tasks as assigned
