Responsibilities Provide comprehensive administrative support to executive leadership. Manage incoming communications via phone systems, and email correspondence, ensuring prompt and courteous responses Handle clerical duties such as data entry, filing, proofreading documents, and maintaining accurate records using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools Support office management tasks including supply ordering, maintaining office equipment, and overseeing general administrative procedures Assist with bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks, including invoicing and expense tracking Coordinate travel arrangements, prepare reports, and assist with special projects as needed to enhance overall office productivity Qualifications Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role within an office environment; bookkeeping knowledge a plus Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and QuickBooks Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently in a busy setting Exceptional communication skills with professional phone etiquette Demonstrates attention to detail through proofreading, data entry accuracy, and filing practices Experience in customer service or customer support roles that require patience and active listening skills Knowledge of office management procedures including calendar management, data entry, basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while maintaining a positive attitude and proactive approach Join us in this exciting role where your organizational talents will make a meaningful impact!
