Job Description

Reports to:
President & CEO, Chamber Director & Tourism Director Overview:
Join the Clinton County Economic Partnership and be part of a small but dynamic team working since 1958 to support the business community and promote one of Pennsylvania's most scenic regions. The Clinton County Economic Partnership is seeking an energetic and creative Operations Coordinator to help promote local tourism and support the business community.
Principal Responsibilities:
Visitor engagement and office coordination Community outreach and visitor services Administrative support for marketing and events Maintain front-of-house appearance and digital signage. Maintain and update website including community events, listings, etc. Respond to Partnership emails, phone calls, and web inquiries. Create social media posts Provide assistance at board and committee meetings Provide assistance with invoicing and accounts receivable Set-up/break down for meetings Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Google Suite Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Must have a positive attitude with the ability to remain flexible and patient. Must have strong technology skills Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent administrative skills. Experience navigating databases This position also performs all other functions as directed/assigned, including but not limited to: Distribution of promotional brochures and guides throughout Clinton and surrounding counties. Preparation and tracking of all bulk mailings. Updating online listings of businesses in our county for chamber and tourism websites.
General characteristics:
Energetic and enthusiastic team player with excellent communication and organizational skills; strong social media and administrative abilities; good telephone and in-person etiquette; and ability to successfully handle multiple tasks concurrently. Excellent computer skills and proficiency in google workspace, Canva, and CMS platforms. Must be able to regularly lift at least 30 pounds, have personal transportation and a valid driver license to deliver tourism-related literature in Clinton and surrounding counties. Familiarity with Clinton County and especially tourist attractions, a plus. This is a full-time position (40 hours), salary starting at $35,000 plus PTO starts at 10 days for the first year and 9 paid holidays.
