The Role You'll be the organizational backbone of our office — the person who keeps jobs moving, customers informed, and the schedule tight. You'll work closely with our General Manager and Operations Manager, and you'll be a daily point of contact for customers from first call through final install. What You'll Do Answer phones and respond to customer inquiries with a friendly, professional touch Schedule estimates, template appointments, and installations; keep the field team's calendar running smoothly Create and update jobs, estimates, and invoices in HouseCall Pro Follow up with customers on open estimates, payments, and scheduling Support invoicing and payment tracking in QuickBooks Online Order and track materials; confirm deliveries against upcoming jobs Maintain accurate customer records and job files Handle general office duties: mail, filing, supplies, and light errands as needed What We're Looking For A positive attitude and rock-solid reliability — these matter to us more than anything else Strong communication skills on the phone and in writing Comfortable learning software (we use HouseCall Pro, QuickBooks Online, and OpenPhone — experience with any of these is a plus, but we'll train the right person) Organized and detail-oriented; able to juggle multiple jobs and priorities without dropping balls Basic math comfort — you'll work with measurements and fractions when helping process orders Prior office, scheduling, or customer service experience preferred Experience in construction, home services, or trades is a plus, not a requirement What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Consistent weekday schedule — no nights or weekends Health insurance and retirement plan with company contribution A stable, growing company where your work is visible and appreciated Small-team culture: no corporate bureaucracy, direct access to leadership How to Apply-- only through Indeed.
