Uses knowledge of company policy and procedures to compose routine correspondence, with clients, vendors, event planning partners, etc..Uses discretion with regards to confidential and financial matters.
- 40 hours a week on site until end of November (Flex start time and end time, but, must work CORE hours from 9:00 AM

after one MS Teams interview. The role supports one Manager and 10 client facing employees. The position will have support and guidance from the internal team using established processes and guidance from another Admin and another office that provides the same functions within the DC region.Responsibilities:
Handles straightforward Administrative, Office, and Personal assistant tasks (Maintains files, records, routes incoming mail, may arrange travel or coordinate meetings and other projects as assigned). Skilled at MS Office suite of applications to prepare basic information, charts/graphs or tables for inclusion in reports or presentation materials.Communications:
Greets internal team/ visitors, and responds to phone and email inquiries.Uses knowledge of company policy and procedures to compose routine correspondence, with clients, vendors, event planning partners, etc..Uses discretion with regards to confidential and financial matters.

Education:
High School diploma or equivalentProactive administration skillsSkills:
- Calendar management and Events and workshops coordination.
- Skilled MS Office Suite knowledge
- Good computer skills
- Strong telephone skills
