Job Description

Pay :
$20.00 - $25.00/hour, based on experience (plus growth path to increased responsbility and pay) Benefits Health & wellness benefits (holistic care access) Paid vacation & personal days Employee discount on nutritional products Paid continuing education & hands-on training Real advancement path — grow with the practice Must live within a 30-minute commute of Malvern, PA. Why This Role Is Different We're not looking for someone to just answer phones and file paperwork (though you'll do that too). We're looking for a right-hand partner to the doctor — someone who wants to learn real clinical skills, be trusted with responsibility, and genuinely change people's lives every single day. If you're driven, organized, and want a career (not just a job), keep reading. What You'll Do Be the welcoming first voice/face of our practice — greeting patients, answering calls, scheduling and confirming appointments Assist with patient exams, take X-rays, and support patient education Manage day-to-day office operations: filing, correspondence, supply/inventory ordering, reports Support marketing efforts and special projects Maintain patient records, mail birthday cards, and keep our "wow factor" patient experience running smoothly Partner directly with the doctor on varied clinical and administrative tasks What We're Looking For 4-year degree OR equivalent hands-on administrative/office experience 3+ years in a direct patient-facing role (medical, chiropractic, dental, or similar) Comfortable with Microsoft Office and learning new systems quickly Excellent organization, time management, and follow-through A confident communicator who can think on their feet and solve problems creatively Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-touch environment — this is not a quiet desk job The Kind of Person Who Thrives Here You're a natural leader and encourager. You have high energy, a strong sense of self, and genuinely walk the talk when it comes to health and wellness. You take ownership, you're coachable, and you're hungry to grow. If a fast pace excites you rather than stresses you out, you'll fit right in. Career Path This isn't a dead-end admin role. We invest in people who want to grow — into greater responsibility, expanded clinical training, and leadership within the practice. Apply Send your resume to positions.mhlc@gmail.com.
