Join Our Team We are a growing, full-service real estate company providing real estate sales, property services, and storage solutions. We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and contributing to a professional, fast-paced office. We are looking for a dependable team player with a positive attitude who takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service. Real estate experience is a plus but is not required. Responsibilities Greet clients and provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone. Coordinate real estate transactions and assist agents with administrative tasks. Manage the company's marketing efforts. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area and conference room. Order office supplies and maintain inventory. Perform bookkeeping duties using QuickBooks. Prepare, organize, and maintain office files and records. Meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Learn and apply basic real estate terminology, documents, and procedures. Support the day-to-day operations of a busy real estate office. Qualifications Excellent communication and customer service skills. Professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work independently. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and general computer applications. High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred Qualifications Two years of administrative experience (preferred but not required). One year of customer service experience (preferred). One year of real estate experience or real estate license (preferred but not required).
