Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Front Desk Agent to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and team members, ensuring a smooth and professional experience from the moment they arrive. Your energetic attitude and organizational skills will help create a positive environment while managing administrative tasks efficiently. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management, customer service, and clerical skills in a fast-paced setting. Duties Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing excellent customer support and assistance Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and courteously Handle front desk operations including check-ins, appointments, and scheduling using calendar management tools Perform data entry, filing, and maintain organized records using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications Support office management tasks such as proofing documents, proofreading correspondence, and managing office supplies Assist with bookkeeping duties using QuickBooks or similar accounting software when needed Provide administrative support including typing correspondence, managing emails, and supporting team members with personal assistant tasks Skills Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus Proven experience in office management or clerical roles with strong organizational skills Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently with good time management and prioritization skills Experience with data entry, filing systems, and proofreading documents accurately Familiarity with medical or dental receptionist duties is advantageous but not required Knowledge of bookkeeping practices using QuickBooks or similar software is preferred Join us to be part of a vibrant team where your proactive approach and dedication will make a meaningful difference!
