Job Description

Full-Time Weekday Service Appointment Coordinator, Extra Earnings Based on Performance! A&L Motors is seeking a dedicated team player, looking for long term employment, to serve as a full-time Service Appointment Coordinator. The Service Appointment Coordinator will make calls to book service appointments, receive incoming service calls, establish relationships with the customers, and schedule appropriate service appointments based on the diagnosis. This position is Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm. We are looking for a dedicated employee that is interested in growing with our company! Opportunity for additional compensation based on performance!
Responsibilities:
Initiate calls to clients to maintain service productivity Establish a trusting relationship over the telephone with customers Ask the customer qualifying questions to identify needs Identify and assign proper service time for each service call Make service appointment and direct appropriate service information to the service technician Collect retail charges from the customer
Requirements:
High School Diploma or Equivalent Must have 1 year experience in automotive industry, familiar with service Competent in math skills Critical thinker and problem solver Excellent customer service skills Excellent oral communication skills Willingness to learn, and ask questions if needed
