Job Description
Administrative Assistant Financial services firm seeks organized, detail-oriented assistant with computer skills to provide exceptional customer service. Who we are We are a service-oriented financial services practice providing an array of services, including investment management, financial planning, insurance, and retirement planning services. Our office is located in Moon Township and provides a comfortable, professional work environment. Our office culture is friendly and relaxed without sacrificing the quality of our results. As an independent financial advisory practice, we value independence and maintain the highest professional standards. Responsibilities Interact daily on the phone and in-person with prospective and existing clients Process and follow up on client documentation for proper maintenance of accounts Prepare letters, forms, and spreadsheets to assist with servicing existing clients and prospecting for new clients Assist Financial Advisors with marketing efforts. Generate reports, such as position statements, for client meetings Handle customer service and client needs Update client relationship management (CRM) software File and upload documents for compliance and internal records Anticipate advisor needs and handle them proactively Scheduling of client meetings Qualifications 3 years of administrative experience (2 years of financial services industry experience preferred) Must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and operate successfully under deadlines Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to analyze and research client account information Operation of standard office equipment and required software applications to produce correspondence, reports, electronic communication, spreadsheets, and databases Securities license and/or PA Insurance license are a plus but not required Benefits Health, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) Profit Sharing Plan Flexible Schedule Required education High school or equivalent College degree preferred, but not required
