As a Clerical Assistant 2 in this position you will perform a wide range of clerical duties to support and enable the work of the division in providing quality services to stakeholders. You will engage in a variety of duties by adhering to office procedures, using relevant systems, and interacting in a courteous and professional manner in-person and via telephone and email. Relevant systems include Excel, Word, Outlook, electronic death registration and local registrar reconciliation systems, as well as general office copiers and scanners. Additional duties include performing various office functions including processing and entering monthly report information, answering incoming calls, email, and voice mail. Full time employment, 37.5 hours per week. Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday thru Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.Telework:

Selected candidates who are new to employment within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will begin employment at the starting annual salary of $36,108 (before taxes). Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
Six months as a Clerical Assistant 1 (Commonwealth job title); or Graduation from high school; or An equivalent combination of experience and training.Other Requirements:
