The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results. Fox Pool Management is a family owned and operated seasonal business that provides outdoor swimming pool management services for the past 30+ years. Our home office is located in Newtown, PA with territories in Bucks, Montgomery, Philadelphia, Delaware, and Chester counties in PA and Gloucester, Camden, Burlington, and Mercer counties in NJ. We have a laid back office atmosphere with a great team! This is a seasonal position with full time hours until September with the potential to offer the right person a permanent position on our team. Responsibilities Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information Schedule and organize coverage of shifts for employees in the field Onboarding new employees Monitor level of supplies and ordering Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues Perform receptionist duties Skills Willingness to learn with a positive attitude Working knowledge of computers, specifically Mac and Google Suite Strong phone presence Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving Excellent written and verbal communication skills Office hours run from 9:00 AM to 9:30 PM, with multiple shift options available. All Office Assistants participate in a rotating schedule to ensure fair and balanced coverage.
