Crossgate Wealth Advisors, LLC is an established wealth management firm located in Newtown, Pennsylvania. Our mission at Crossgate Wealth Advisors, LLC is to help individuals and families manage their finances in a way that provides for their immediate and future needs and goals. We are looking for a highly qualified individual to join our team to keep our office running smoothly while providing administrative support services to our team. The ideal candidate will be goal-oriented, eager to learn about the investment/financial industry, reliable and flexible. Responsibilities & Activities Contribute to a congenial working environment Maintain a high degree of integrity Receive incoming calls in a courteous professional manner and act as first point of contact for clients Schedule client meetings and maintain company calendar Assist with maintaining CRM database Train clients to use our client portal Utilize various software and computer programs including CRM database, Adobe Acrobat, and Fidelity Assist with preparation of quarterly client reports Scan paper files into paperless filing system Process incoming and outgoing mail and FedEx shipments Coordinate special events Maintain and purchase office and kitchen supplies Keep public areas in the office neat and orderly at all times Integrate the above tasks into an organized, controlled, smooth flowing system Accomplish any other tasks as required by management Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Refined phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, detail oriented and follow-up skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Must possess a friendly and positive attitude
