The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the school office, facilitating communication between staff, students, and parents, and assisting with various administrative tasks. This is a full-time position that requires a strong commitment to fostering a positive school environment. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for the Principal, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments. Assist in the preparation of correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed. Maintain and organize school records, files, and databases, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with school policies. Handle incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and inquiries from parents, students, and staff, providing timely and accurate information. Support the Principal in planning and organizing school events, meetings, and activities. Assist with student enrollment and registration processes, maintaining accurate student records. Coordinate and manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment maintenance. Collaborate with teaching staff and other administrative personnel to facilitate effective communication and workflow. Assist in managing budgets and financial records related to school operations. Perform other duties as assigned by the Principal to support the overall functioning of the school. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration or related field preferred. Proven experience in an administrative support role, preferably in an educational setting. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional demeanor. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups of people. Knowledge of school policies, procedures, and regulations is a plus. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
