Our Lady of Grace Parish, Penndel, PA Administrative Assistant for the Faith Formation Office Please email resumes to Chris Flack at Who We Are The Faith Formation Office at Our Lady of Grace exists to lead children, adults and families to a close personal relationship with Jesus. We are an innovative office utilizing the best practices and technology to accomplish this mission. Primary Purpose of Your Job The Administration Assistant plays an important role in this ministry through his/her administrative responsibilities. Our office oversees all the Initiation Sacraments for the parish which includes Baptism of infants and children, Family Faith Formation, Christian Initiation and Adult Faith Formation. We are looking for a faith filled, energetic and mission oriented person to organize and maintain all the underlying details that make this possible. You will be engaging with people of all ages and interests, maintaining both electronic and hard copy records, using electronic communication and generally keeping things running smoothly administratively in all areas of Faith Formation and the Sacraments of Initiation for the parish. Qualifications High School Diploma and 2 years of experience in administrative support Proficiency using and maintaining a data base (Knowledge of Parish Data Soft and/or Parish Giving a plus) Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word and Publisher) and various Google apps Proficiency with online software tools such as sign up genius, canva, etc… Strong interpersonal and written communication skills and ability to work effectively with other departments and ministries in the parish. Excellent Organizational Skills with strong attention to detail and accurate data entry Part time, benefit eligible approx. 25 hours a week Monday-Thursday 9AM-3PM Additionally, there are evening/weekend hours based on scheduled events and Sacraments.
