Key Responsibilities Greeting and checking in patients with professionalism and warmth Managing phone calls, scheduling, and appointment coordination Verifying insurance (NaviNet, UPMC, CCBH, other) Collecting copays and managing daily reconciliation Updating and maintaining accurate patient records Supporting providers and clinical staff with administrative needs Ensuring efficient patient flow throughout the day Handling sensitive information with confidentiality and accuracy Qualifications Knowledge of insurance verification (required) 2+ years of medical front office or related healthcare experience (preferred) Strong time‑management and organizational skills Proficiency with Microsoft applications and EMR systems Excellent communication and customer‑service skills Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment Reliable transportation A collaborative, team‑oriented approach Benefits Competitive compensation Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and paid holidays Supportive, team-based work environment Opportunity to serve an underserved rural population Equal Opportunity Employer We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity in our workforce.
