$41,777 - $52,240 annually Select a Content Title Responsible forprocessing automated referrals received from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania'sDepartment of Human Services Client Information System via the PennsylvaniaAutomated Child Support Enforcement System. Exercise initiative, independent judgement and strict confidentiality inperforming job duties.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of high school diploma or its equivalent; additional business and/or computer training preferred. Minimum two years' related work experience; including experience with related office practices and procedures. Strong computer skills; experience with Windows environment require. Typing and/or data entry skills. Good analytical and communication skills. Strong communication skills (prior public relations or customer service experience preferred) with the ability to interact and communicate effectively and professionally with other departments. Must be able to sit, reach, bend, stoop and stand, perform repetitive motions with wrists, hand and fingers, daily handwriting over long periods and performing computer input duties, open/close files.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Process automated referrals for support services filed through the Department of Human Services (DHS) Client Information System (CIS) via the Pennsylvania Automated Child Support Enforcement System (PACSES). Research and process assistance (TANF) cases. Perform basic locate functions; utilize available locate resources to obtain necessary information. Research Department of Court Records for existing docket number, generate a new number. Analyze referrals; prepare new or amended complaints; review and research existing cases; schedule cases for court. Track and follow up on work assignments; review PACSES generated mail alerts. Process requests for support received on-line via E-services and by mail. Prepare new and amended complaints; generate scheduling notices for court hearings; file original pleadings/orders and refer documents for imaging. Communicate with the local office of the Bureau of Child Support Enforcement (BCSE). Enter data into computer for new or amended cases.
