Hours:

10-30 hrs/week - with opportunity to grow Responsibilities Grocery shopping and household errands Product returns and exchanges Scheduling and confirming appointments Making phone calls on behalf of the owner Home organization and light tidying Salon supply runs and restocking Towel/laundry management at the salon Light salon cleaning and upkeep Vendor and client follow-up calls Package pickups, shipping, and deliveries Order tracking and research tasks Occasional travel logistics support What We're Looking For Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (required) Trustworthy, discreet, and professional Highly organized and self-sufficient Comfortable making calls and handling tasks independently Familiarity with Pittsburgh area a plus Interest in wellness or beauty industry a bonus To Apply Send a brief intro, your availability, and any relevant experience to with the subject line: Personal Assistant Application.
