Job Description

Staff Mentor

38 per hour Full Time (40 hours) Comprehensive Benefits Package Now offering DailyPay; A financial wellness platform that enables employees to access earned wages before payday Summary Responsible for providing additional support to the staff and leadership within the program. This individual assists in training new staff and in supporting the implementation of trauma informed principles and practices, including staff debriefing. This position is responsible for assisting leadership in monitoring staff morale and in implementing necessary trainings, meetings and practices within the program. This position is responsible for coaching and development of new staff through on the job training during their employment. EDUCATION and/or
EXPERIENCE
