Job Description
A. PURPOSE
The Administrative Assistant acts as a liaison between Church staff and members of the congregation and the community at large, and is responsible for the operations of the office.B. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- HS diploma or GED.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; the ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing; and highly organized.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with office software such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace as well as other relevant computer applications.
- Comfortable with operating office equipment such as printers and postage machines.
- Professional demeanor and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
