Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and organized Part-Time Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be friendly, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling a variety of clerical tasks in a professional office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming office environment Perform accurate data entry and maintain records Scan and organize files (both physical and digital) Provide general administrative support as needed
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office experience preferred) Excellent organizational and time-management abilities Ability to multitask and work independently Previous office experience is a plus
