Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls and provide courteous, professional assistance to customers Perform general clerical and administrative duties, including filing, scanning, copying, data entry, mail distribution, and completion of shipping paperwork Support multiple departments with routine administrative tasks Review sales quotes and related documentation for completeness and acuracy Provide backup support to accounting-related functions within the office, including invoice entry, payment processing, and other general bookkeeping duties. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and accuracy when handling customer, sales, and financial information Perform data entry and bookkeeping tasks using Sage 50 and other relevant software to support office financial processes Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, proofread documents for accuracy, and ensure timely distribution Support office management by overseeing supply inventory, organizing files, and assisting with special projects as needed Qualifications Proven experience in an office environment with strong clerical and administrative skills At least two years of experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and bookkeeping Exceptional attention to detail Proficient with standard office software, including Microsoft Windows applications Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion Demonstrate initiative and motivation Strong time management skills Outstanding phone etiquette and customer service skills Willingness to learn with a positive mindset This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you can utilize your communication skills and passion for helping others.
