Job Description

Position Summary We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support daily operations within a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, customer-focused, and capable of managing multiple priorities. \n Key Responsibilities Answer phones, customers and clients professionally. Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for testing records, certifications, and customer documentation. Maintain office supplies and general office organization. Assist with scheduling meetings, training sessions, inspections, and customer visits. Assist with onboarding paperwork and employee administrative support. Support general office operations and special projects as assigned. Qualifications Minimum 2-4 years of administrative, office coordination, project support, or customer service experience. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with:
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) PDF editing software File management systems Strong verbal and written communication skills. Professional customer service and phone etiquette. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive documentation.
