Daily Rate / Consistent with the existing collective bargaining agreement salary schedule

Building Principal Hours:
Monday-Friday, seven (7) hours per day
PRIMARY PURPOSE
To provide clerical and administrative services for building level administrators.
REQUIREMENTS
Google Suite Proficiency (preferred)
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES
Do routine filing and clerical work. Answer the telephone. Assist in the preparation of schedules. Typing of letters and flyers. Sorting teacher class lists. Keep a record of transcripts. Sorting and distributing of mail. Keep a record of transfer students. Send out transcripts to other schools with medical and dental records. Maintain various student attendance reports. Prepares computer-generated material. Perform all other duties as assigned by the Principal or Vice Principal.
ADDITIONAL SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ATTITUDE
Proficient in typing. Working knowledge of basic office procedures and operation of standard office equipment and machines. Ability to speak clearly. Understand and follow oral and written instructions. Ability to deal courteously and tactfully with employees, parents, students, and the general public. Ability to write legibly. Posses Computer literacy. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to organize tasks. Ability to handle multiple tasks. Ability to exercise sound judgment.
TEMPERAMENT
Must possess excellent interpersonal skills. Must be able to work in an environment with frequent interruptions. Must be able to make .
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Ability to reach above and below the waist. Ability to use fingers to pick up, feel, or grasp objects. Some stooping, bending, and twisting of the body required. Ability to lift and carry supplies and papers weighing no more than 20 lbs. Ability to sit, stand, walk and move throughout the building and office for extended periods of the work day.
