Job Description
Position Summary:
Piramal Pharma Solutions' HPAPI Research and Manufacturing facility, located in Riverview, Michigan (Ash Stevens, LLC, hereafter referred to as PPS-Riverview), is seeking a qualified Maintenance Coordinator to join our Maintenance team. The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support, coordinating maintenance activities, and maintaining accurate records. To perform this position successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required: Shall adhere to all applicable regulatory requirements, including FDA, EPA, OSHA, and related safety, health and environmental procedures, policies and practices. Identify and protect the original technical information as part of the company property.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Maintain and update maintenance schedules, records, and logs. Prepare and distribute reports, including work order updates, equipment maintenance schedules, and key performance indicators. Manage incoming calls, emails, and requests related to maintenance inquiries. Receive, prioritize, and track maintenance requests in the work order system Assign work orders to technicians or contractors and monitor progress. Order, track, and maintain inventory of spare parts, tools, and supplies needed for maintenance operations. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Verify invoices, maintain records of purchases, and assist in budget tracking. Ensure all completed work orders are documented and filed accurately. Track and update departmental objectives Generation of regular and service PR in SAP Completion of GRN for the above PR's Act as the primary point of contact for internal departments, technicians, and external vendors regarding maintenance needs. Creation of Bid Waivers and other support documentation Respond to emergency maintenance requests Monitor and manage maintenance budgets Schedule and coordinate preventive maintenance tasks, equipment servicing, and inspections. All other duties assignedQualification Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED Completion of administrative courses/programs is preferred 2-3 years' experience in an administrative, Coordinator function.Job Competencies:
Strong computer experience in software applications such as Word, Excel, EDMS, Lotus Notes, PowerPoint and web browsers Strong knowledge and experience on switchboards, photocopy, fax and postage equipment E.H.S.Focus Passionately Reliable Rapid Responsiveness Innovative Efficiency Teamwork Detail Orientation Job Conditions:

Piramal Pharma Solutions is engaged in the business of pharmaceutical research and contract pharmaceutical manufacturing. As such, all PPS staff work in or nearby either chemical/pharmaceutical research or chemical/pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment and processes. Potential limited exposure to hazardous chemicals.
