Job Description

Real Estate Administrative Assistant for Andrew Klima Howard Hanna Real Estate Services - Seven Fields, PA We are seeking a highly organized, motivated, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support a busy, fast-paced real estate salesperson with business operations in Pittsburgh, Buffalo, and New York City. This is a full-time position based in the Howard Hanna office in Seven Fields. Schedule & Benefits Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Salaried position 2 weeks paid vacation Responsibilities Entering and updating real estate listings Email and calendar management Answering and returning phone calls Reporting and data entry Systems and database management Organizing and tracking real estate transactions and deals Coordinating communication between agents, buyers, and sellers Scheduling showings, walkthroughs, inspections, and closings Managing timelines and ensuring deadlines are met General administrative and organizational support Qualifications Administrative assistant and/or real estate experience preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with strong follow-through Proficient with email, calendars, and computer systems Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously We are looking for someone proactive, dependable, and highly organized who enjoys keeping operations running smoothly in a dynamic real estate environment.
Pay:
$30.00 per hour
