The Administrative Assistant will manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate communications. Prepare documents, reports, correspondence, and other administrative materials. The Administrative Assistant will maintain accurate records and assist with data entry and file management. Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and provide professional customer service. The Administrative Assistant will support various departments with administrative tasks and special projects as needed. Preferred Qualifications for the Administrative Assistant Role Previous administrative or office support experience preferred. Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently.
