Job Responsibility:
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for assisting administration personnel as required. Completes and enters reports as necessary.
Job Duties:
Assists General Manager of Operations and Production Manager as needed. Assist Human Resources/payroll as needed. Enters weekly schedules for employees and production, as well as making any changes and deviations as needed. Completes and posts necessary production reports. Tracks zinc and dross usage. Enter release and order oil, gas, tools, contracts, office supplies, etc. Track and administer Vacation, Floating Holidays, and Personal Days for hourly employees. Post bids/awards and update bid tables as needed. Make all necessary corrections when production changes occur. Cover for other Administrative Assistants when needed.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent. Prior administrative experience. Excellent computer skills necessary, proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to wear required safety equipment.
Preferred Skills:
Previous experience with Kronos and Oracle.
