Job Description
The Permanency Administrative Assistant is responsible for performing clerical duties, assignments, and projects including typing, copying, faxing, and mailing correspondence and other documentation necessary for the department. Clerical support tasks for the Visitation and Permanency programs and Family Foundations Program. Tasks identified for work in the Binti system (data Base) as identified. Will audit both foster care and adoption records on a regular basis, including all newly approved foster homes. Applicant needs to hold a minimum of a High school diploma or general education degree or equivalent education and experience. Secretarial or clerical experience required. This is a full-time position with benefits, and the hourly rate is $16.82
