Our client is seeking a dependable and organized Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support their daily office operations. This is an on-site position offering flexible scheduling and the opportunity to play an important role in maintaining an efficient and welcoming office environment.
Schedule:
Part-time (8-16 hours per week) Thursday/Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM - preferred
Pay:
$18.00/hour •This is a temp to hire position for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally Welcome guests and maintain a clean, organized lobby area Process incoming and outgoing mail/shipments Provide administrative support to Project Managers, including typing, scanning, and document preparation Maintain and organize vendor records and office files Monitor and replenish office and kitchen supplies Track copier logs, mileage logs, and business-related transactions Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including balancing petty cash and checkbooks Coordinate conference room scheduling and meeting preparation Support the planning and execution of office events, community fundraisers, and annual company initiatives Manage vehicle, copier, and printer maintenance coordination Run office errands as needed Qualifications Previous administrative or office support experience necessary Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and industry-specific software systems Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step instructions Professional communication and interpersonal skills If you're a detail-oriented professional who enjoys supporting a busy office environment and contributing to a creative, technical, and collaborative team, we'd love to hear from you.
