Radnor Valley Country Club is a private club dedicated to providing exceptional service, outstanding dining experiences, and memorable events for our members. We are seeking a highly organized, professional, and service-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team and serve as an integral part of our daily clubhouse operations. Position Summary The Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive administrative support to the Clubhouse Manager and club leadership while helping ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the clubhouse. As one of the first points of contact for members, guests, and visitors, this role plays a vital part in creating an exceptional member experience through outstanding organization, communication, professionalism, and hospitality. This position also supports membership, marketing, events, and other departments, making it an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the Clubhouse Manager and leadership team. Respond to emails promptly and professionally. Maintain a polished, professional appearance while representing the Club. Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls following the Club's service standards. Retrieve, monitor, and return voicemail messages throughout the day. Welcome members, guests, vendors, and visitors with exceptional hospitality and customer service. Assist members and guests with directions, questions, and general club information. Create and distribute newsletters, flyers, and member communications. Update clubhouse bulletin boards, signage, and table tents. Collaborate with the Membership & Marketing Manager on member communications and initiatives. Assist with member database and website management, including updating member information and processing requests. Maintain Outlook calendars for meetings, appointments, and club events. Prepare membership and catering tour packets. Assist with planning and administrative preparation for club events and member functions. Provide administrative support to various departments as needed. Maintain strict confidentiality regarding member information, club operations, and personnel matters. Perform other duties as assigned by the Clubhouse Manager. Qualifications Previous administrative, receptionist, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Professional demeanor and positive attitude. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with Canva, email marketing, or club management software is a plus. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multiple departments.
