Description The Washington County Children and Youth Department is seeking applications for the position of Confidential Administrative Aide. This position serves an integral role in the department and the successful candidate will join a team of both support staff and professional level staff who work to help others and make a difference in the community. Responsibilities to ensure smooth operation of the office include serving as confidential secretary to the CYS Administrator, answering/screening/routing calls for administration, completing personnel related paperwork and maintaining employee files, maintaining spreadsheets for tracking of agency documents/information/equipment and scheduling of agency conference rooms. The starting salary for the position is $44,306.29 and the position also receives a generous benefits package, including family health insurance, retirement contribution, and wellness benefits/activities for both employees and their families. Graduation from a four-year college or university OR any equivalent combination of experience and training is required. Strong interpersonal skills are necessary.
