Your Role:

As our Service & Parts Coordinator, you are the ultimate multitasker and the heartbeat of our front counter. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers—greeting them warmly, helping them log service requests, and assisting them with parts orders. Be theWelcoming Face:
Greet incoming customers and answer phone inquiries with a professional, helpful, and friendly attitude.Keep Work Flowing:
Open service work orders, gather detailed repair notes, and schedule the pickup and delivery of equipment. Dot the I's and Cross theT's:
Review work orders for clear grammar, reconcile hours, close billings, and process customer payments. Support theParts Team:
Help walk-in and phone customers find the exact parts they need to get back to work.Stay Hands-On:
Help tag, load, and unload customer equipment, and keep customer digital profiles and directions up to date in our system.Collaborate:
Keep files organized, maintain a clean workspace, and jump in to support your teammates whenever needed. What You Bring to theTable:
Experience:
2+ years in a similar customer-facing or administrative role.Mechanical Instincts:
2+ years of experience as a mechanic, or a solid understanding of mechanical and technical terms, is highly preferred! Parts counter sales experience is a huge plus.Tech-Savvy Mindset:
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office, standard office procedures, and internet functions.Basic Math/Admin Skills:
A general understanding of basic accounting practices for processing bills and payments.Reliability:
A commitment to being on time, dressing professionally, and following team policies.Our Only Hard Requirement:
You must genuinely enjoy having fun with your co-workers and our customers! (High School Diploma or equivalent experience required).Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
