This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct incoming customer phone calls in a professional manner Perform billing and invoicing tasks accurately and efficiently Provide customers with a complete and accurate estimate for labor and parts Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital) Prepare and complete daily bank deposits
Qualifications:
Strong communication and organizational skills Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office or similar) Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities Previous experience within the automotive, trucking or tire industry strongly preferred.
Pay:
$33,000.00 - $40,500.00 per year
